I’ve been applying to a vast amount od payday loans and all they do is redirect me to other sites that have nothing to do with what I applied for or credit repair agencies.

Most lenders would willingly give a loan to someone with bad credit who has a job or collateral because
they can charge you a much higher interest rate than someone with good credit and if you did default then they could
take any collateral you pledged.

Question by Nathan: How often do you apply heat therapy to a chronic sports injury?
I’ve been looking on internet but can’t find an answer to this question. I know that you’re supposed to apply heat therapy for 15-20 minutes, I just don’t know many times a day, and how long you should wait until you apply it again. when you feel you need it. since it’s chronic, get an evaluation by a doctor to rule out a serious injury.

Most companies are wise to deny credit to poor credit risks.

Pay off your debt, and you will have the first key to financial freedom.

Buy life insurance, and you’ll have the second key.

Buy a house, and you’ll have the third.

Then, buy rental property, and have someone else make the payments for you.

You need to be making money while you sleep, and stay the hell out of credit card debt.

Question by Tireur: Should I transfer title into my name to apply for a secured loan? She was denied with me as cosigner.?
My fiance recently applied for a secured loan using her paid off vehicle as collateral and I cosigned on the loan. She was denied. I have decent credit(no negatives and a car loan that I’ve paid on time for the past 20 months). Should we transfer the title into my name so I can apply for the loan myself.

Don’ bother. If she was denied with you as a cosigner, YOU were denied the loan. If they even ask for a co-signer, the ‘primary’ borrower has already been denied and the so-signer is the one actually applying.

I too am will be looking for a federal job once I graduate school. I suggest the first thing you do is decide with what agency you want to work with. There’s ATF, FBI, DEA, ICE, and more. But go to www.usajobs.gov. An agent from the DEA gave me the website when he came and spoke to my law class. Good luck!

I need one that has no credit checks, no employment verification, and no collateral. And it can’t be a payday advance loan. I can’t seem to find one, or one that doesn’t charge a fee to find one. I was recently laid off, single mom, and need a loan w/ poor credit, and don’t have a co-signer and I don’t own a home. Any help would be great my eyes are starting to cross trying to read all the mumbo jumbo on most of these sites. Thanks

Without assets to back this up and without running credit, there are not many options. Sounds like you may have to ask family or look for government programs. If things have gotten bad you should qualify for assistance.

Payday loans are horrible scams. You should avoid them at all costs. The interest they charge you is sometimes as much as 800% a year. It’s crazy, and people end up relying on them.

I just finish a short course as a Health Unit Coordinator. I have applied for over 50+ jobs. The jobs are requesting at least1 yr experience. What should I do and where can I apply? The school stated that they would be of support. But as usual the school lied and since we were the 1st pilot class we are actually their trophies. I have apllied at several hospitals. I also took a class in EKG. Please any suggestions.

Question by Jackie: What are some good ways to apply pencil eyeliner (or any eyeliner) without pulling your lid?
I’ve tried to apply my eyeliner without pulling my lids, and it just doesn’t seem to work. The only way I can get it to apply properly is to pull them, and I’m scared that that will cause premature wrinkles. Does anyone know a good way to apply it without pulling my eye lids at all? Is pulling them as harmful as everyone says it is?

Grab your top eyelashes to hold your lid down, but don’t necessarially pull. Just to keep yourself from jerking too much.

It’s different for each bank… you will have to just check around and see if someone will refinance it for you.

Question by User: Can I apply for home equity loan while house is listed for sale?
In MD area, is it possible to apply for home equity loan while house is listed for sale? I am trying to purchase a land/lot, but need home equity loan for downpayment. I know loan guidelines have been pretty tight recently. If my house is sold, home equity would obviously be paid off from the proceeds. Thanks
Thanks for all replies. Since loan is secured by the property.. won’t they get their money once property is sold !! what am I missing here ??

No….lenders will not make loans on property listed for sale.

If you need to get a loan remove your home from the market and then apply for the loan. In the past I’ve seen lenders refuse to make a loan on a property just a couple of days before the 2nd trust deed closing, when the lender discovered that the property in up for sale.
